All Caviar of Switzerland orders are shipped free of charge, worldwide, with full tracking included. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day.

Delivery estimates are from dispatch date. During peak periods (November–December) please allow an additional 1–2 business days. All shipments include a tracking number sent by email upon dispatch.
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Switzerland. Packaging is FSC-certified, and our shipping materials are recyclable. The outer box is designed to be retained and reused.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland, no import duties apply. For all other destinations, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may be levied by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We declare all shipments accurately at full value. We do not falsify customs declarations. For countries where duty thresholds apply, we recommend checking your local customs authority’s website for the applicable rates before ordering.
For the United Kingdom, orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). UK customers may be liable for VAT and customs duties on orders above £135. These are collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on all orders, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Email hello@caviarofswitzerland.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Pack the product(s) securely and ship to the address provided. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Partially used products are accepted — we only ask that a reasonable amount remains if you are returning due to product dissatisfaction rather than a change of mind.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund within 3 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made an error with your order or where the product is faulty. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and collection of the incorrect or damaged product at no cost to you.
We inspect every order before dispatch. In the event of a carrier-inflicted damage claim, your photograph and our dispatch records allow us to process your claim immediately without investigation delays.
